Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. This is a full-time position in a hospital setting.

Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities on assigned shift
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including physical and mental health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform physical examinations and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, protocols, and regulations
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures as needed
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Demonstrate proficiency in airway management techniques

Experience:
- Valid nursing license (RN) in [STATE] or eligible for licensure
- Minimum [NUMBER] years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding system
- Proficient in catheterization procedures
- Familiarity with family planning services
- Experience with inhalation therapy techniques
